I make my home in Toronto, Canada, and I am 47 years old. After dropping out of high-school and spending a bunch of years as a full-time punk rocker, I worked my way through university (2-3 jobs at a time) and picked up degrees in Anthropology/Sociology, Media, and Library Science.
I hope that you enjoy my words, as much as I enjoy creating them, and I hope that you find something thought provoking in everything that I write.
Professionally, I create innovative digital experiences, ideally for socially-good enterprises. My past work includes: a hiring system for disadvantaged youth and refugees, AI/ML data portals, IoT and IPTV apps, and helping small business and start-ups succeed in areas such as Health, Cleantech, Fintech, and others.
My work explores identity, power, and iconoclasm through the lenses of magical realism, science-fiction, and fantasy.
